I’ve been writing poetry since my teens. Poems that were poems, some of which then became songs or stories or were expressed through paintings.
In my 20’s, I created beautiful hand-made poetry books that were sold in a local Art Gallery and collated my poetry and paintings for my master’s dissertation in Creative & Professional Writing. A few poems were published in anthologies and have appeared in my book, Language of the Feminine.
Poems can capture a moment, a feeling, an image, a thought, an object or a sound in magical, and succinct ways.
My poetry explores a variety of forms and genres with emphasis on spiritual philosophy, nature and being human.
