I shot two wee short video’s inspired by Pitlochry Dam by the River Tummel and Loch Faskally in Scotland (I called it the river Tay in the video’s by mistake…whoops!).
Watch the video and the stunning Scottish landscape to learn:
- Why it’s not good to be a human dam
- What happens when a crack appears in your emotional field
- Positive and consistent ways to release
If you want to learn to release, let go and express your emotions in a healthy way AND you love to (or want to!) dance, paint, connect and spend time in nature, then the 4th of August (this Saturday) is a wonderful opportunity for you to do so.
Marielle and I will be travelling to Findhorn in Scotland to host a one day workshop on The Feminine Art of Listening ~ Connecting Nature & Creativity there and we’d love for you to join us. This is a fantastic chance to experience the work that Marielle and I do together as she’ll be returning to Holland later this month.
You’ll find the details below for the workshop ~ Contact us now to sign up for this Saturday.
Where: Moray Art Centre, The Park, Findhorn, Forres, IV36 3TA.
Cost: £50 – £65 sliding scale including art materials + tea & coffee.
To Book & further info: Contact Jane at jane@janecormack.com or call

You can also view more information on The Moray Art Centre Page
Do you have positive ways of releasing pent-up emotion? Or are you a human dam waiting to explode! We’d love to hear your story so leave a comment right here on the blog page…
