I have returned to Bonnie Scotland!
This week’s Rhythmic Inspiration comes a little late as I’ve been on a road trip through Scotland with my friend and The Feminine Art of Listening collaborator, Marielle van Dop.

I shot two wee short video’s inspired by Pitlochry Dam by the River Tummel and Loch Faskally in Scotland (I called it the river Tay in the video’s by mistake…whoops!).

Watch the video and the stunning Scottish landscape to learn:

  • Why it’s not good to be a human dam
  • What happens when a crack appears in your emotional field
  • Positive and consistent ways to release

And here’s the second video of the actual Dam in Pitlochry to give you a visual impression of how much of an impact holding in emotions can be and the potential explosion that could happen if a crack appeared in the Dam:

If you want to learn to release, let go and express your emotions in a healthy way AND you love to (or want to!) dance, paint, connect and spend time in nature, then the 4th of August (this Saturday) is a wonderful opportunity for you to do so.

Marielle and I will be travelling to Findhorn in Scotland to host a one day workshop on The Feminine Art of Listening ~ Connecting Nature & Creativity there and we’d love for you to join us.  This is a fantastic chance to experience the work that Marielle and I do together as she’ll be returning to Holland later this month.

You’ll find the details below for the workshop ~ Contact us now to sign up for this Saturday.
